For the slender shaft structure and deep-well working environment of long-shaft pumps, the shaft casings and impeller rough castings adopt an integrated casting process to ensure verticality and concentricity of the shaft centerline. Fatigue-resistant cast steel is used as the material, providing the rough castings with excellent toughness to withstand radial and axial forces during long-shaft operation.
